Normally, i don't like to post my entire schedule of the day, cause that can be uber-boring.. but i just have to tell.

It was an odd sorta weird dream type of day...

I woke up at 12 (as usual) got food, read, the usuall.....

Anne calls me up and comes by to pick me up for the Sunset Junction street fair....

So, Anne is driving me and Jesse there, when we (being such like cartoon characters on a grand adventure) witness many spectacular sights...

Starting with.... a minivan that is half on fire.......scary...

then, on the 101. this crazy guy in a crappy car starts swerving into our lane...like 3 times... So he has already almost hit us a bunch, and he is staring at jesse.  I looked at him, and he is either drunk or insane, right. All of a sudden, jesse is screaming that he has a freakin gun.. and we all freak out and nearly miss our exit.

We finally found parking and met up with Noah, but while walking from our far away parking site, and this guy is walking along, carrying groceries, casually dressed in black leather bootie shorts, leather go-go boots, a dog collar and a tiny leather vest. What's great is how casual he seemed about it all.

 we saw Ima Robot and Ben Kweller.

But during all this concertage, this deranged, either on acid or just crazy guy wearing nothing but long johns and boots and the largest pot belly i have ever seen was in our close proximity, happily harrassing all of those around him and telling nonsensical jokes.

It was hilarious.

So, overall: night=fun.

I just watched Rebel Without a Cause

excepting the random bursts of people acting crappy in that 50's movie way....it was fantastic.

I think he was the last of his kind...actually he was utterly unique

He seemed to be a hearthrob that fell into its own genre...his moodiness and acting, and being tough but not being John Travolta in Grease.

It was a whole differant look at that greased rebel character...just amazing....

And when he winked at Natalie Wood.....

I would love it if someone would wink like that at me..cause it wasnt the creepy sort of wink - the kind that is slow and accompanied by a lecherous smile...

he winked so fast you couldnt even really tell he did it, and then he drove off really fast

I think natalie wood was really annoying in the movie, just sort of sticky-outty and just...there

But i was still on the edge until they "hooked up".....(i hate that phrase!)

I am soo used to modern movies where they make out and have sex on screen , it was weird to see the movie climax to just a kiss...
